Terms and Conditions – MAAL Engineering Group Al-Abtah
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of training programs, workshops, webinars, and services offered by MAAL Engineering Group Al-Abtah through its website. The agreement is regulated by Norwegian consumer laws including the Contract Act, Consumer Purchase Act, Marketing Act, Right of Withdrawal Act, and E‑commerce Act. These laws provide consumers with mandatory rights.
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these Terms and Conditions, information provided in the booking system, and any specifically agreed terms between the parties. If there is any conflict between information, specifically agreed terms will prevail unless they contradict mandatory legislation.

The buyer is the person or organization booking a training program, workshop, webinar, or service.
3. Prices
The stated price for training programs or services is the total price the participant must pay. This includes applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. No additional costs will be charged unless clearly communicated before the purchase.
4. Agreement Conclusion
The agreement becomes binding when the participant completes the booking or registration through the website. However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a clear typographical or system error in the offer.
5. Payment
Payment may be required at the time of booking. Payments may be processed through credit card, debit card, invoice, or other electronic payment solutions. If invoice is used, the payment deadline will be specified on the invoice.
6. Delivery of Services
Delivery occurs when the participant receives access to the training program, workshop, webinar, or service either online or in person as agreed. Access details will normally be provided by email after booking.
7. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Participants may cancel bookings in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The withdrawal period is normally 14 days unless the service has already begun with the participant’s consent.
8. Delays or Changes
If a training program, workshop, or webinar cannot be delivered as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, MAAL Engineering Group reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
9. Complaints
If the participant believes the service has a defect or does not meet expectations, complaints should be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.
10. Seller’s Rights
If the participant fails to complete payment or violates the agreement, MAAL Engineering Group may cancel the booking or restrict access to the service.
11. Personal Data
MAAL Engineering Group processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
12. Conflict Resolution
Any complaints should first be directed to MAAL Engineering Group. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the participant may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation.
